Cancellation policies for specific tours can be found on each individual tour’s page on our Members Site (wsnmembers.org).
If WSN cancels: a full refund is given (for tour only, not for membership if this was done simultaneously). If tour is cancelled by Force Majeure, a $50 administrative fee will be retained and tour registrant will be given priority for the next tour.
If registrant cancels: depending on when one is requested, cancellations may be subject to a Penalty Charge and Cancellation Fee if no replacement is found to take your place. This is in addition to a Processing-Holding Fee, if any. Processing-Holding Fee is typically $250. Cancellation Fee is typically incurred only if you cancel within 6 months of Tour arrival date. (*Please refer to your specific SFS Tour’s Terms Policy). Cancellation policies & fee amounts differ according to specific SFS tour/travel agency.
Cancellation Fee: After payment of deposit, cancellation prior to the commencement of the program, incurs a fee of $125.00. If replacement is found, this fee is not charged.
Processing-Holding Fee: Charged to the registrant if they have cancelled but have found a replacement within 60 days of the programs commencement. Fee is calculated based on each individual tour.
